When posting about deals you have read on other blogs: Please don't copy and paste work from other people's coupon blogs directly on to this blog. It's fine to rephrase the information and then just include something like: "Thanks to xyz.com for the info". We don't want to have copyright issues here on the blog because someone copied and pasted deals from another blogger.  Thanks for your help with this!

    I also tried my $2.00 off a $2.00 purchase today at FL, mine also did not come off. I checked on it and it had the wrong MVP card # on it. I just updated my profile and reloaded it, going to try again this weekend. So, make sure your card # is correct.

    Diane, I am not at all surprised that they did not know what you were talking about at FL. :-)

    Smilepal - that is rather odd behavior for an HT cust. service employee. Lately, it seems they have been too busy to go look for any items and instead either look for it in the ad or just take my word for what they are on sale for.

    Next time you are faced with this person, maybe you can say what my mom (who used to be a social worker) used to say to cranky people. She would say, "It seems like you are having a bad day. I hope tomorrow is better." It worked like magic. People would realize what goobers they were being and almost always loosen up. It was great to watch her in action!

    Smilepal - I always expect the folk at my local HT to do exactly what your folk do when I request a raincheck, but I usually have the exact opposite experience, believe it or not. I'm sorry you have to go through that. :(

    Faye - thanks for the advice about contacting FL's CS regarding the $2.00 off $2.00 promotion you shared with us yesterday. I will say, though, that I wasn't surprised that the manager had no idea what I was talking about, LOL.

    Has anyone had this happen to you. First off, let me say I love my HT and almost everyone is always super nice. On two seperate occasions in which I have had to request a raincheck, I have been left at the desk while the employee searches up and down the isles for the product. The first time was fine. The employee was super nice and called asking about the product in stock. They thought they had the products, but after looking, they were out. No problem, I understand. On another occasion the request was not so comfortable. After asking for the raincheck, the employee walked off hunting up and down the isle without explanation. I proceeded to show her where the product was surppose to be. She was so somber and serious. I felt as if she thought I was lying and I was on trial. Most likly she just had a headache or something, I don't know. I understand that they need to check. With a smile and I'm sorry it's not that big of a deal. I don't request tons of rainchecks.

    You actually get a $1/2 Stouffers singles coupon and a $1.50 family size coupon. The fine print spelled it out even though their home page was a bit deceiving. It really did sound like you got a $2.50 coupon.

    Has anyone tried to used the $2.00 off $2.00 FL MVP offer that Faye shared yesterday? The FL website said it was loaded onto my MVP card, but when I tried to purchase something for $2.49 just now, nothing came off and the manager had no idea what I was talking about.

    Is there some way to check what's loaded on our MVP card, like you can do on the Kroger and HT websites?
