clinton28328-I have used both Murphy's oil soap and the Shark steam mop (with plain water in it) and both work. I have recently purchased a wood floor cleaner called Rejuvinate, which was recommended to me by the floor guy who just came in to finish out our hardwoods throughout the downstairs. REjuvinate has both a cleaner and another product that is supposed to help put a little bit of the shine and varnish back on areas that have been scratched (my dogs have torn my floor apart in certain areas), but I have not tried them yet.

My hardwood floor guy said to use 1 cup white vinegar to 1 gallon warm water. It keeps the residue from building up that other cleaners have. The smell is different from using cleaners though.

My son's school collects the Labels for Education (campbells, goldfish, etc.)If anyone collects these and needs someone to dontate them to please let me know!!

We use bruce hardwood floor cleaner and spot clean the hardwoods. This was recommended by our hardwood floor guy.
