Thanks, watchhillgirl and juanitasmith! I'm going to give the recipe a try at some point, but for now I think I'll try Walmart and Food Lion to see if I can get some already made.

Jdouglas. You can either do the recipe below...or I think they sell it in Food lion or Walmart in the hispanic food section. The one I do below is awesome though!

Swag Code worth 6 SB's available on their Facebook page here until 2 pm:

Thanks for the Green Tea freebie info Total!

juanitasmith2 I do that all the time on the stove. Just take 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, take off the label, and put in a pot of water. Bring the water to a boil (always keeping the cans covered so you might have to add more as you go). Boil for about 2 hours. Take out and let cool. When you open the can, you have wonderful caramel. Put in a graham cr*cker pie crust, top with cool whip...add chopped nuts and mini chocolate chips on top. Yumm desert! Bring it to the office and they think you slaved over it...a piece of cake! (or Pie for that matter) :-)

Free Luzianne Green Tea bags 24ct at Lowes Foods (I was at the one in Clayton). Regular price $2.09 Sale BOGO for $1.05. All of the green tea had peelies on them for $.55/1 green tea. Free! Too bad I don't green tea. I hope someone scores some!

Someone posted about ordering a canvas from Canvas People. I got an email for an 11x14 canvas for $12. I am thinking of getting one but wanted to know more about the quality of their products.

There is a $1 off 1 I can't believe It's not butter or 1 Country Crock Spread (Walmart site, but a manufacturers coupon). http://see.walmart.com/mealinspirations/

love2save2010~they have to be within date, they do not take the expired ones, bummer

jdouglas13~not sure if you do pinterest but I've seen on there where if you put an unopen can of sweetend condensed milk in your slow cooker and pour water over the can until its covered, low for i think 4 hours, you get dulce de leche which is a form of caramel. Dont quote me on it but if you have a pinterest do a search for homemade dulce de leche and you will find tons of ideas including the one above...good luck!!

If anyone is interested Save a Lot has green peppers and cucumbers 2 for $1.00, a 10lb bag of Idaho russet potatoes for $2.79 and a 4lb bag of mixed fruit (apples and oranges) for $2.99.

I saw Philadelphia indulgence in the dulce de leche flavor at HT in Fuquay over the weekend. Limited edition flavor I guess.

Does anyone know where I can buy Dulce de Leche? I have a cookie recipe I'm dying to try that uses it as a filling. I'm thinking maybe an international store or Hispanic market, but I don't know any.

Help please!! :)

I read the Smart Balance coupon wrong, it's $3 off 3 Smart Balance products.

There is a $3 off 2 Smart Balance coupon in a e-mail I received today. You have to electronically send 3 Christmas cards then download the coupon & print. The coupon is good until 3.31.13.

Rats! thanks anyway Faye!

Has anyone else who uses my coke rewards been having trouble with their website recently? In the past few weeks, anytime I am on their website and go to any other page (besides the code entry page or the home page) after a few seconds the site refreshes and takes me to the code entry page, the home page, or my account page. It is the strangest thing. I am using Chrome, but have tried it with internet explorer as well. It happens with IE, too, but not as frequently as with chrome. Any thoughts?

kat - it is not still available. It was available on the Incredible Egg Facebook page a couple weeks ago and I did post about it then, but it went quickly. Here is the link to the Facebook page where it was available. I just looked again and they are not offering it at this time.

Can someone tell me where/if the coupon for the .55/2 eggs is still available?

Anyone found any great deals on food drive type items? I found the canned foods, pasta, tissues, etc listed in Faye's Just the Basics article for Food Lion, Harris Teeter & Kroger. Curious if there are any other stores I should try. :)

juanitasmith2: do you know if they accept the expired BBB coupons too?

I have a coupon code for a free 8X8 photo book from shutterfly, for new customers only. Expires 12/14/12 email me if you would like it juanita.smith@hotmail.com.

Just want to let everyone know that babies r us/toys r us accepts bed bath and beyond and buy buy baby coupons!! Not sure if this is old news but I was excited to find out. I never use those BB&B coupons and always throw them away, they are bound to be put to good use now!!!!!!

We are stocking the pantry of a homeless ministry in downtown Raleigh with peanut butter and jelly (they go through lots of it). Would you all be on the look out for deals on these? The price of peanut butter has gone crazy in the last few months and the last time I stocked up was during back to school sales.
