jma, I'm wondering if the Midweek coupons are regional? I used to get them when we were in Apex, but don't get the coupon inserts now that we're in the country. I thought it was because we made a switch in the newspaper delivery...

crabbyron, traditionally, HT does not have SD or Triples in December, so I'm not anticipating one, but wouldn't mind if they proved me wrong!

Looking for recommendations on internet providers. We currently have Clear Wireless and it's way too slow for our wants. Anyone have super fast internet they are satisfied with and willing to recommend? Thanks.

I got three 50 oz Purex Linen & Lillies laundry detergent for $0.99 each at Walgreen's. The sale price is $1.99 with the balance rewards card and I had a $1.00 off coupon for each from coupon.com.

The sale lasts until Saturday.

jdouglas-I called HT about the pharmacy deal and they said it was new RX members only :( DianeNC-awesome job! Every dollar you save is wonderful and you should be very proud of yourself! Here's a high five for you!

Went to check if my local HT had finally got stock in on the Strawberry Banana flavor of Silk Fruit & Protein drink while it was still on sale for $1.77 each. They finally got some in, and I had three coupons for $0.75/1, so only ended up paying $0.27/each for them!

Also:

BOGO offer on Ocean Spray juice (regularly $3.25 each), paid only $0.63 after coupon for $1.00/1.

Tyson chicken strips with $2.00 off peelie coupon (because its "best by" date was 11/25). Regular price: $4.59. Had my own coupon for $0.75/1, so after both coupons, ended up paying only $1.09.

Sack of bananas just $0.92 from the reduced produce rack HT sour cream on sale for just $0.77

Total: $4.21. :)

I know most who post here do much better than this in respect to savings, but for me, it's the first time I really saw my couponing have a noticeable effect on my total (I'm still fairly to new to it all...) It definitely helps when you're able to match what coupons you do have with existing sales, etc., as well!

jdouglas13, I have been getting the Sunday only N&O for two years, but have never received the mid-week coupons in my red plum circular. Also, lwillis, the local FL here has the pork fillets for BOG1, but reg. price $8.99, so each one is $4.50. I also used the $2 coupon - sweet deal!!! We grill them, and they cook quickly, and are oh, so good!

wildfrenchrose, are you a new HT pharmacy customer? Just wondering, because I'm hoping maybe they changed the rules this time around and are allowing existing pharmacy customers to participate in the program.

Blue Devil Woman, FWIW, I used to get the Midweek insert in the mail with the coupons when I had Sunday-only N&O home delivery. When I switched to 7 day N&O delivery, they changed the mailed version of the Midweek insert to the no-coupon version.

Food Lion has their Smithfield marinated pork loin fillets (27 oz)on sale BOGO. That makes the price for one at $5.00 and if you still have the Smithfield $2.00 off coupon it will be $3.00. These are really easy to cook, I just throw them in the crockpot before I go to work with a little barbeque sauce, fix a side dish when I get home and dinner is ready. Today is the last day of the sale though unless they are open tomorrow.

Blue Devil Woman: It's N&Os weekly advertising publication. I believe it comes with the Wednesday paper but it's also mailed out (which is how I receive it). They automatically include it in the mail for some areas (I think mostly apartment complexes).
