$1 Lindsay Olives coupon when you Like them on Facebook! )Makes them free at CVS through Saturday!)

https://www.facebook.com/lindsayolives?fref=ts

Does anyone know if the Kraft Mayo or Miracle Whip $1 off coupons from coupon.com only apply to the squeeze kind or if will come off the jars too? It says the squeeze dressing on the coupon but then it says 22oz or larger. I don't think they come in 22oz. Wasn't sure if anyone knew for sure on this coupon. I'm looking to use it on the Kraft specials at Lowes Foods.

Reminder: tonight is the Free coupon class in Fuquay. If you are signed up to attend here is the info:

There is still room for probably another 5 people so feel free to call Roxanne at the number above to register. Looking forward to meeting a number of you there!

Diane - if you bring them back to the store, they will just throw them away anyway. Either way, they will be wasted. Contact Green Giant at the link below and they will send a coupon for free Green Giant products to replace it.

Corbin - I put cheese and sour cream on the GG potatoes to help them along and that made them more palatable. I still have another bag of those in the freezer as well.

I did hear back from Green Giant - they are sending a free product coupon for my troubles. I hope it is not for another free bag of the seasoned steamers. LOL

I suggest you all voice your opinions on the product as well. Here is the link to contact them via their website:

http://consumercontacts.generalmills.com/ConsolidatedContact.aspx?page=http://www.greengiant.com&js=True

Or you can call them at: 1-800-998-9996

This may sound like a silly question, but if these Green Giant Seasoned Steamers are as bad as everyone says, are we able to return/exchange them (w/receipt of course) for something else? I only purchased one - the carrots - but seems crazy to waste them if they are clearly barely edible.

Using the $2.00/1 Jimmy Dean Delights MQ in the 11/11/12 RP, it appears that it will make this product either free, or close to free, at Target and Walmart. (Target price cut is until 11/17.)

Glad I didn't buy the GG steamers everyone is talking about lol..almost did on Tue night, but none of them looked that great and now I'm glad..thanks for the heads up everyone! Faye-thanks for the music link!

GG steamers...awful! We've now tried a couple of them...matter of fact i made the potatoes one the other night and everyone about ran from the table. I doused mine w/ketchup to make them edible!

jdouglas - here's the direct link to the produce coupon for FL and I posted it in the Food Lion thread for this week's deals:

http://www.foodlion.com/FreshFromTheFieldCoupon

Mary Beth - Too bad we didn't like sweet cardboard.... but I love your description!

Packy, just to be clear, I was LOL at the hoarder description, not that you would freeze creamer; thanks for the tip!"

Yeah, that's what I figured. :)

We like the GG seasoned steamers brocolli but not the honey carrots. My 4 year old ate almost the whole bag of broccoli by himself. The carrots tasted like sweet cardboard. Which would be perfect for anyone who likes sweet cardboard.

Packy, just to be clear, I was LOL at the hoarder description, not that you would freeze creamer; thanks for the tip!

juli28428, thanks for the link to the FL produce coupon! :) I can never find those myself, even I get the email every week. Faye, can you post the link for that please?

smolder, re the pizza sticking. When you are rolling out your dough or however you prep your pizza, place it on a piece of parchment paper and bake it on that. About halfway through you baking time, you should be able to easily slide the parchment out from under the pizza, and it will no longer stick to the stone, unless you have a lot of cheese melting off the pizza onto the stone. King Arthur Flour sells precut parchment paper sheets (100 per pack half sheet pan size)that I have been using for years for all kinds of things, especially anything having to do with yeast dough. Reynold also has rolls of parchment paper, and they have coupons on their website: http://www.reynoldskitchens.com/promotions.asp

ddalmas, yes it freezes very well. Never had a problem. My SO told me I could NOT buy any more creamers, if that tells ya anything. :\

Someone already posted but make sure you look at the Sunday paper for good deals. There are lots of freebies that start on Sunday Am.

We have not tried the Green Giant steamers; however, we have tried the Pictsweet veggies in the steamer bag and those are very bland and we are not purchasing again. A lot of the non-brand name steamers actually taste better.

Do you know if there are any canned chicken coupons out now?

"...I have a lot of creamers in the freezer. I'm a creamer (pumpkin spice) and bacon hoarder..." LOL - I freeze bacon all the time, but hadn't thought about freezing creamer!

I guess we have a consensus on the GG seasoned steamers - thumbs down. Thanks for your feedback everyone!

superquaid, I tried the brussel sprouts too, and didn't like them much. I normally love brussel sprouts! I was pretty shocked actually

Before you place the dough in the oven, you can sprinkle some corn meal on the pan to keep it from sticking. It also makes the crust super crunchy!

For those who make the pizza using the HT dough (without a pizza stone), how do you keep the crust from sticking to the pan? I make mine on cookie sheets and I rub a little olive oil on them before putting down the dough, but I always have problems with it sticking. Any tips? Am I just not putting enough olive oil?

Faye- Add me to the list of people who think the GG Seasoned Steamers taste terrible. My family tried the Brussel Sprouts and the seasoning was terrible. I can't believe a company as well respected as GG would come out with such a product. Oh well, I'm guessing we won't see these in the store for long.

Faye, We tried the GG seasoned corn this week. I couldn't finish my serving because of the taste and I threw out the rest of it. We thought it tasted terrible and I was glad I didn't spend any money on it. Won't buy it again. Glad I only had one coupon for this product!

I'm going to have to check that out, Faye... the link. I LOVE that song!

DianeNC, I have a lot of creamers in the freezer. I'm a creamer (pumpkin spice) and bacon hoarder. They do just fine for me. :)

We had some Q's sent to us in the mail for free GG steamers. Tried the brussel sprouts and they were ....ok...nothing more. We are big brussel sprouts consumers but these were a "ho hum" I was disappointed in the limited flavor selections and do not expect to purchase them when they are not FREE. The rest of my coupons for these products are not burning a hole in my hand.

Faye- I have tried the Green Giant Seasoned Steamers...it was potatoes with peppers and onions (I think). It was horrible! It smells and tastes awful! I still have a bag in my freezer, I feel bad throwing them away but I can't eat them.

Faye - thanks for the link, The MTC does an amazing job. I am also listening to the you tube of the song done as a flash mob a year or too ago. It makes me happy every time I see it

You know I am getting into the holiday spirit when I start listening to The Hallelujah Chorus sung by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir! Here's the link for all of you working at your computers who need a little uplifting music:

Here's my question/warning that I posted in the share the deals section last night. If you have any feedback, please share. Thanks to those who already responded last night. :-)

Have any of you tried the new Green Giant Seasoned Steamers frozen veggies? We have tried the broccoli, honey corn and honey dijon carrots so far. Tonight we tried the carrots and they were not edible. The dijon taste is so overwhelming that it's like eating mustard instead of carrots. Even my husband who loves both honey and carrots could not stand more than a taste. The honey corn (which we tried about a week ago) was not much better. The broccoli was ok. I am just wondering what others thoughts are on this product. Is it just us or are these really poorly seasoned?

I contacted Green Giant tonight via their online customer comment line to voice my concern. Unfortunately, I still have 2 more bags in the freezer. I don't even want to give these to the food bank knowing how they taste.

With there being some great deals on coffee creamers (the liquid ones, like International Delight,) I was curious if anyone has had any success with freezing something like this? I'd love to stock up, and have read posts on other sites of folks who do this, but on the Coffee-Mate website, they state that their liquid product should not be frozen.

(A $1.00 off Q on any International Delight coffee creamer, any size, can be found by liking them on their Facebook Page.)

I see it now...wow, good deals!

Yes, on the cvs website (ad section) there was a tab for upcoming.

Clinton, is the add already on the website? I'm trying to pull it up it doesn't want to work. :(

From yesterday's Share the Deals thread: "Have any of you tried the new Green Giant Seasoned Steamers frozen veggies? ... "

I'm a little bummed that so many have commented that they aren't good, because I bought 3 bags of the Brussels sprouts, and haven't tried them yet. Still, I agree that at 9 cents per bag it is/was worth a try! :)

The CVS ad for next week has lots of freebies!! Will they give rainchecks on all these if out?

WRAL 101.5 is talking about coupons! I'm not sure what the entire segment is about but I *think* it's about the "in's" at Christmas this year.

"knowing"

I miss so many posts and knowning there may be others who miss them also, I'm (re) posting a good Food Lion deal. There's a coupon for $2 off $6 in the produce dept - http://www.foodlion.com/assets/flash/FreshFromTheField/FFTF.swf?utm_medium=email&utm_source=SC&utm_campaign=11/10/2012_11.09.12+Fresh+from+the+Field&utm_content=LearnSave_CTA ohhhh ... long link, just copy and paste and it should work.
