I went to Harris Teeter on Saturday for the first time.. Im new at couponing, but had to tell ya that we saved over 60%..I was super excited!!! Looking forward to shopping again!!!

Mothar1,

Thank you so much!!

scoutmomof2 There's a rebate for the Brave DVD http://stage.halloween.kelloggs.com/BraveRebateForm.pdf

Went today to the Kmart in Smithfield that is closing. Nothing exciting going on yet. Most non-food items are 20% off. They have signs up saying that they are not honoring sales ads or coupons. They are no longer accepting manufacture coupons either. I will go back in a week or two when things are at least 50% off. Maybe I will get some good stocking stuffers!

Just got back from Lowes (had to get a rain check for the great deal they had on Dixie Crystals Sugar), and was looking forward to picking up a few copies of their holiday coupon book. To my surprise, they're not free (not technically) - you have to donate to their Friends Feeding Friends food drive to get one.

Got the Progressive recipe starters at Lowes. 1.33 on sale minus the 50cent coupon that doubles. Buy 3 and get 10 cents off on gas. Plus my store had rebate coupons to get one can free.

I have 4 ( save $1.00) on any one (1) Non-Alcoholic BAILEYS Coffee Creamer Q's. There are around 2.99, but they are on sale at FL for 1.99, which will make the OOP .99. The Q's do not expire until 1/31/2013, email me at csyjohnston2@aol.com if you want them, I am willing to mail them to you...... I also have last week's Red Plum Q packet, if anyone need Q's from it.

My favorite holiday is Black Friday but I feel like it is slowly slipping away. I wish stores would stay closed on Thanksgiving Day. There was just something awesome about that Thanksgiving day newspaper stuffed with surprise filled ads. I really enjoyed making my lists and devising my plan of attack. The best part was waiting in the chilly line ... with all my sister shoppers ... chatting ... waiting for a glimpse of the manager walking towards the door with that magical key!

ToysRUs has a printable coupon for Brave in DVD format which makes it $9.99. You can order online and pick up at the store to save shipping. You can even pay with paypal when you do that (so I used my savingstar funds!!). this is valid for today only.
