cathy - not sure what is going on but will look into it. Hoping they are not going back to the way they used to handle BOGO.

Good to know gmjaime - thank you!

Awesomely frugal meal, Sarah! Nicely done!

Went to HT today & bought 2 Smithfield bacons( & other items). Cashier stated I couldn't use 2 coupons(for the bacon)next time, but she would accept them today...when I questioned her re using 2 coupons on BOGO...I noticed each rang up full price & then subtracted one. Shouldn't BOGO each ring up 1/2 price Faye? No one there seem to know.

Kroger in Garner now has turkeys for .47 lb with 25.00 purchase.

Have to brag on this "gourmet" coupon shepard's pie dinner I just pulled together - while we were eating it hit me that the ground pork, mashed potatoes, gravy mix, soy milk, butter, and even a few of the herbs and spices I used in it had all been free (or even MMers!). All I'd paid for were the onions, carrots, and celery so it probably came out to 10 cents or so a serving! Thanks for endulging my smugness. :)

Thanks to everyone for posting the deals today! I taught a class at the Albemarle Civic Center today and was driving 1/2 the afternoon. But it was great to meet all the folks there and I look forward to seeing them here on the blog!

Thanks for the pepperoni N Raleigh Dad - sounds like you have to direct them to their own Express Lane pricing.

phyllis3066 - that is awesome! Great savings and I am sorry to say that I do not believe Walmart will be beating that receipt! lol :-)

Packy - the smaller size pepperoni is what is on sale - your store may not carry it. You can check through the Express Lane. My store does carry it and it is on sale.

Good work North Raleigh Dad! Thanks for the update.

Ooops....sorry for posting again, but I forgot to mention that it was the Box Tops for Education website that was giving out the samples. Since these offers are exclusive to members, make sure to go to https://www.boxtops4education.com/common/Register.aspx?sid=14351&WT.mc_id=Coupons&RedirectUrl=%2fearn%2fclip%2fCoupons.aspx to sign up before next month's offer. (They have a link for coupons on their site, as well.)

I finally found the URL for the free sample of Cascadian Granola, but it was already gone. :( Next month's free sample will be 10,000 Mott's Fruit Snacks.

On the bottom of their website I found this:

"Free samples are limited so please respond quickly. This promotion is only for pre-selected consumers who were the original recipient of the valued subscriber email."
