LARINDAP3 - One thing that is different with the code entry that I noticed is that when you enter the code hit enter on your keyboard instead of the little arrow to the right of the code box. I kept hitting the arrow because that is how it was set up on the old site and it wasn't working.

I too have had issues with the 'new/improved' Coke Rewards site. Not with just the redeeming limitations. I cannot get it to take my codes. Must be doing something wrong. I tryed/typed a number in several times, it would never take it. Going to try again this weekend. (My hubby has two cups full of caps, I've got to get started - it will take a few weeks to catch up being so behind and the limited amount that can be keyed in now.)

Do you blanch asparagus to freeze it?

Faye- sure, I'll check next time I'm there!

Stephanie - I actually save up my MCR points and cash them in for the free 12-packs when they have the great offers on them so as long as they still allow multiple redemptions of those when they are offered, the change won't bother me. If they limit them to only 1 redemption, I will be bummed. If I was cashing in for the 20 oz coupons, that would bother me, though so I see where you are coming from. Seems many of going down the KFR path. :-(

RFB - let us know the next time you buy them how much they are. I am interested to know.

senglish27529 - I agree with you! I was disappointed to see the number of points per week lowered to 75. It used to be 120 then they lowered it to 100 and now 75. I haven't tried to redeem any yet but I am upset to hear you can only get one per week. But I am not surpried since now we can only enter 75 per week that's not enough to get more than one free one per week. The site is going to take some time for me to get used to! I was afraid the free cokes would no longer be in the Bronze category and since I am not interested in all the extra social stuff required to move up to silver or gold I was glad to see them in the bronze rewards!

I apologize if this has already been discussed, and I missed it, but....

Is anyone here as upset as I am with the changes to the My Coke Rewards program this past week? It's bad enough that they changed the website completely (this "senior" person doesn't particularly care for change), but they also reduced the number of weekly points that can be earned to 75, AND there's now a limit of ONE redemption per week for the free coupon for the 20 oz. sparkling product. I'm very disappointed in this.... Seems they've gone the way of Kellogg's Family Rewards.

I don't drink coke products JUST to get the points, but it sure was a nice perk to be able to turn 3 6-packs (approximately) into a free coke more than once a week. Darn. *sigh*

Faye- lol! OK, so I can't remember, but I do know they are less expensive than I've found at Harris Teeter, Earth Fare or Whole Foods. In this case, the health benefits far outweigh the price in my mind :-)

RaleighFoodBlogger - fess much are these awesome eggs per dozen? :-)

vlynn - very interesting. She definitely did not understand how the policy works and the incorrect info in the ad during SD week did not help at all. Fortunately, I did not have any issues during the last SD, but who knows what will happen at the next one. Thanks for the heads up.

Something odd at HT the other day: I stopped in to get bugles, but they were out, so I went to get a rain check. The rep told me that I couldn't use a coupon with the raincheck. I was surprised and I told her that I didn't think that was true. She said it was in their sales ad, but I told her that that was a mistake. I asked her to check with someone else and she came back to say that I could use it during a regular sale, but not super doubles. I got the rain check, but I don't think the store personnel fully understand the issue with rainchecks and super doubles. The confusion happened because a lot of new couponers were asking to get rain checks that INCLUDED the discount with the super doubled coupon. Of course this has never been allowed. I think we all may have some issues trying to use rain checks during the next super doubles. I guess we'll see.
