nstutt - thanks for the info. Will take care of it. Somebody sure was busy trying to enter more than once.....

The reason they all seem to be posting the same thing is because I asked specifically if folks knew there were 11 stores in the Triangle. But I do agree - people are very happy to hear about the new store.

Maybe this is not laughing matter but I am laughing anyway at the Giveaway at Rose's thread. It seems to be attacked by hackers or something. 380 posts and it's probably up to 400 in just the minute it is taking me to write this. Notice how all the posts are about Roses being a great store or they did not know there were so many stores in the area, etc.?

Does anyone have any good ideas for homemade wild bird food using inexpensive ingredients including markdown fruit? We had quite an "experience" at Target yesterday after I realized my DH put a $25 bag of bird feed (it was so small!) in our cart (which I didn't find out until checkout). I promptly marched it back in and returned it (sorry Target... men!!!) and the lady at the returns was telling me about homemade wild bird food you can make.

I had a bunch of raw nuts left over from my raw food course, so I chopped them all small with my food processor and added raisins. But, the birds don't seem to like them much. I also have a dehydrator in case anyone has any tips for dried fruits? Just trying to save a bit on it all... and he likes the mix with the nuts and seeds as it attracts his favorite cardinals.
