Coupon on coupons.com for Frosted Mini Wheats touch of fruit raspberry .70/1. It is on sale at HT bogo or $1.84 - $1.40 (.70 doubled) = .44 each.

Coconut oil can be taken internally and is suppose to be very good for you. You can cook with it, fry eggs, etc. I add some to a kefir fruit smoothie. It is delish. It is also great on the outside as a skin conditioner and hair conditioner. Just research it online. Just make sure it is not hydrogenated. Should say virgin on it.

Good suggestion on the dough, jdouglas!

Packy - to make sure my crust is cooked through when using the raw HT dough, I roll it out on to the pizza stone, brush with a little EVOO and spice it up with some garlic and Italian seasonings then bake at 400 for about 7 minutes. Once the dough has baked for 7 minutes, I take it out of the oven and top it with pasta sauce, then veggies, then cheese, then more garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Then I put it back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or so until the edges begin to brown and all the cheese is melted.

Packy, I forgot to add that I think I saw that HT has their brand 14 oz cans of tomatoes on sale this week for $0.50.

Nakabi, I love to read about the things you make. Your pizza sounds awesome!

Packy, go easy on the toppings at first on the pizza. If they are too heavy on top of the raw dough, the dough won't cook through before your toppings are overdone.

My fave make-at-home pizza is white pizza. Brush the dough lightly with garlic oil, top with ricotta cheese mixed with a bit of Italian herbs spread thinly, then top that with shredded mozzarella. I like to top that with shaved proscuitto which I then brush with more garlic oil. Oh. My. Yum! :) (PS garlic oil = smash a few cloves of garlic, simmer very gently in EVOO with a small pinch of salt until fragrant, but not browned.)

I was just over at redplum.com. Using zip code 30301, I found a few interesting coupons, including a number of Dove hair care coupons. Make sure you click both the grocery and the drugstore tabs.

You have until Oct 16th for the free crab product.

Does anyone remember doing a survey for Harris Teeter a few weeks ago and getting free Crab sticks? Does anyone remember what kind and how long it is good for? I remember doing it, but just can't remember the particulars...

Bklyn, thanks for the explanation. I looked at my receipt and added thru it all. For some reason I was thinking it was 1.59 for BOTH even though I *know* how much ceral is. I'll remember that... that Faye posts the amount for each now. Thanks!

sewhut ... Thanks!
