Set DVR for 'Survivor,' 'Criminal Minds'

Wednesday night at 8 WRAL-TV will be carrying the game between North Carolina State and Boston College.

"Survivor: Caramoan," the CBS program that is being preempted at 8 p.m., has been rescheduled to air Thursday morning at 1:37 a.m.;

"Criminal Minds" is scheduled to air at 2:37 a.m.

There is a chance the basketball coverage will run past 10 p.m., which would delay the start time for the preempted programs. Viewers should record from 1:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. to ensure the programs are recorded in their entirety.

"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" will air in its entirety following basketball EVEN if the game runs past 10 p.m.

Thanks a lot, WRAL! This was posted at almost 6 pm last night - 2 hours before Survivor started, when most of us are not on this website, but are making dinner and have our evenings planned out. My husband and I watch Survivor together (when WRAL airs it on time) and we didn't know anything about Survivor being pre-empted until we turned on the TV to watch it - at 10 minutes to 8. And for a BB game between NC State and Boston College???? Oh and for readers - don't bother emailing the G.M. of WRAL - the one time I did that he sent me a very snide and condescending reply.

Thanks for interrupting a weekly ritual I have with my wife just to televise yet another BB game.

Bummer man, but at least I can skip all the commercials when I watch it from the DVR.
