Villages do not seem to be raising some children properly.

what can be said? Young men are the most dangerous animal most of us are ever exposed to. Chances are that each of the young men did not have their natural fathers in the home adn their mothers had their first child as a teen. Most males in prison for violent crimes are from just that. It's that, not race, along with being a poor reader.

I fit that stereotype, but like most who do, I did OK, staying out of the law's way. There's something to be learned from the single mothers who manage to raise males with education and without legal records.
