Durham police said Tuesday they have arrested a second man in connection with a May 2012 homicide.

Marcus Devon Shareef, 24, of Raynor Street in Durham, is charged with murder, attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and first–degree burglary.

Police said two men forced their way into an apartment in the 3300 block of Mordecai Street about 2:30 a.m. on May 1 and shot a man inside. Carl Anthony Presley, 35, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The next day, officers arrested Kerry W. Graham Jr., of 1315 Morreene Road, at the Red Roof Inn on N.C. Highway 55. Graham was charged with first-degree murder and first-degree burglary, police said.

"Probably his 5th arrest for same crime,, just saying!!"

Fifth arrest for murder? I think what you're "just saying" is that you don't have clue about how the justice system works.

"GOOD. KEEP HIM IN JAIL THIS TIME. I'M POSITIVE HE'S BEEN THERE BEFORE."
