SBI investigates death at Rocky Mount hospital
A staff member of Coastal Plain Hospital found James R. Collins, 23, dead in a hospital isolation room on July 23. He had been dead about six hours before he was found, police said.

The cause of death hasn't been determined.
State Bureau of Investigation agents with the Medicaid Investigations Unit in the state Attorney General's Office are looking into Collins' death, officials said.
Coastal Plain Hospital offers mental health services and treatment for drug and alcohol dependency.
