A church secretary in Harnett County is accused of embezzling more than $61,000 from the ministry, authorities said.

A church secretary in Harnett County is accused of embezzling more than $61,000 from the ministry, authorities said.
The State Bureau of Investigation last week charged Vicky Lee Price, 50, of Angier, with three counts of embezzlement. Authorities said he took $61,088 from Solid Rock Ministries Church in Angier, where she served as church secretary.
Price is also charged in connection with the embezzlement of $5,817 from Coats Properties, where she worked as a part-time secretary, according to the SBI.
