Okay yesterday I posted an email that I recieved about a young girl dying from mixing motrin and robitussin. Had a couple of comments about it not being true, I should have fact checked, blah blah blah. I posted it because as adults we often times mix medicines when we are sick, and yes it should be common sense not to do this with our children and probably ourselves as well but some do because not all medicines take care of all of our symptoms so I just wanted to put it out there with cold and flu season coming up.

One of my customers works for Coca Cola and while he was waiting to be helped he was having a conversation with another gentleman in line. He had a coke that he was drinking and the other man commented on how he must drink alot of them since he probably gets them free. The Coca Cola man laughed then told us that he secretly hates coke and fills his bottle up with pepsi every morning. I wonder what would happen if Coca Cola knew this? He looked around before telling us this and he said it in a whisper and asked us not to say anything to anyone. Do they really care what their employees drink or was he just joking? Anyways I don't drink alot of sodas but if I do it is usually a cherry Dr. Pepper or a cranberry sierra mist. Whats your favorite soda?

I went shopping for my son's winter clothes this weekend. It is so hard to find cute little boys clothes. Everywhere I looked there were racks and racks of little girls stuff. Pinks and purples, reds and blues. Then there was one or two racks of little boys clothes and most of it was different colors of brown and then some grey and dark blue stuff with trucks and and sports stuff on them. It's not fun shopping for little boys like it is for little girls. Where are some good places to shop for little boys that are reasonable and have a pretty good selection?

Okay so I just tried to post a comment on a blog about the parent's that prayed for their sick daughter instead of getting her medical help and then she died. After I hit submit it proceeded to tell me that it was set to private and blog posts not available. That is a little annoying why post something on a public site if you don't want the public to comment, just your friends? Anyway here is the comment that I made about them only receiving 6 months jail time:

I was just reading on the home page the update on the story about the 14 year old boy from oklahoma that was kept in a closet and beaten and starved for four years by his mother. I am pizzed! first of all she starved her two year old daughter to death and only did six months in jail. SIX MONTHS, then she was allowed to have her freedom back and keep having kids. WTF? This court system we have is seriously screwed up and I wish I could tell the judge that sentenced her what a freekin doushe bag he is!! They should make it mandatory that every person that harms or kills their child be fixed where they are not able to have anymore EVER. And did it never cross their mind that a lady that starves her two year old to death needs to be seriously monitered with all of her other children? I just don't understand how people are allowed to keep screwing with other people's lives.

Okay,lately my car has been hestitating to start and making a loud clunking noise before it finally does start and then when I take off it sounds like there are marbles rolling around in the dash. So I take it to the chevy dealership and they have their courtesy van drop me off at work, which by the way I would like to know what happy meal that fool found his driver's license in, and they called me a second ago to tell me they found the problem and I need a new battery. Huh? All of those noises are coming from a bad battery? So then they tell me since they found the problem so quickly they were not going to charge me the $95.00 fee to assess my car and to put in a new battery it is going to cost me $170.00. WTF? I can buy a battery at autozone for $70.00 so I tell them that I will buy one elsewhere but then the guy tells me if I don't let them install the battery it will cost me the $95.00 and then I will still have to go buy a battery somewhere else and it will run me about the same amount. If I were a man would they be treating me like this? Probably not, they had my car for 30 min. before they decided it was only the battery, which I am betting I will pull out of that lot and it will start making that damm noise again. I am P.O.'d
