3-D Turkey...no not Matthew LOL

BUT Matthew had to make a 3-D Turkey for school. This is what the cleaver little one came up with from things we had around the house and yard. I used the hot glue gun BUT it is all him and his ideas. I had to share because I thought it came out so cute. And he was so excited to bring in his weekend creation to show his Friends.

Matthew Broke His First Board at Karate Testing!!!

Last night Matthew had Testing into the next level of his Kicking Cubs in Karate School. He did complete his Form without a problem and so serious looking as he does this. Many Parents who watch him do it are amazed how well he does at such a young age. Then he completed his One Steps and on to Sparring. BUT his highlight of the Testing...He broke his first board!!! He could not wait to show his Sisters his broken boards which he trophies proudly now!!! Ariel told him...Wow you are so strong!!! He chuckled and told her he was going to start collecting the boards he breaks like Stephanie does.

...With such a beautiful sunny day it was the time of year I dread the most. The Garden has come down and Hubby mowed it all over to get the soil ready to rotor-till under *pout* I put up all the cages, fencing, and poles until next year. All that work and Fall has come to end all my Gardening excitement. Ahhh but the memories of what I had this year still lurks around GOLO in my Image Gallery and on my Computer. The canning and freezing we learned to do still fill the cabinets for a taste during the Winter months as we snuggle in and watch TV or play games.

UGH BUT more then one way to beat CBS LOL
