Hadassah is a Durham native with Culinary and Hotel and Restaurant Management degrees. She is an experienced culinarian and writer who has covered the local food and event scene since 2010. She is a member of the American Culinary Federation, International Association of Culinary Professionals, and World Gourmet Society. She joined WRAL in 2013 as a freelance assignment writer.
