Before coming to WRAL-TV in 2005, Kim worked at WECT-TV in Wilmington, WNCT-TV in Greenville and WTVD-TV in Raleigh.

Bachelor of Science in Meteorology, North Carolina State University

Hobbies, Interests & Community Involvement:
Weather, playing with my three children, golf, working out; has lifetime seats to N.C. State football games

Family:
Married; three children

More About Kim:
I became interested in weather when I was 7. We were at the beach and a severe thunderstorm moved inland. When it did, a tornado was produced and many hotels near mine sustained damage. I fell for the weather that day.
