My philosophy on news is ever evolving over time. One thing that doesn't change is the ultimate deliver of our news product. It has to be delivered ALWAYS with a goal of excellence that touches all areas of service every single day. My focus is to make our news broadcast as good as it can possibly be. When we are at our best, we deliver a newscast that is valuable, lively and interesting to our viewers.

Most Memorable Assignments:
I was sent to New York city to document South Africa's anti-apartheid leader Nelson Mandela's first U.S. tour after his 27-year imprisonment. I interviewed singer/actor/comedienne Bette Midler and found her to be a very-together human being, engaging, giving, full of gusto and living a life she loves completely.
