Rocky Mount teen reported missing
Sarah Otisa Lowe, 13, of Rocky Mount, was the subject of a Silver Alert early Sunday morning.
Posted — UpdatedROCKY MOUNT, N.C. — Sarah Otisa Lowe, 13, of Rocky Mount, was the subject of a Silver Alert early Sunday morning.
She was last seen at 1701 Windsor Drive and could be headed to 813 Russell St., authorities said.
Sarah is described as a black girl about 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, with long black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black T-shirt, black, plaid shorts and flip flops.
Anyone with information about Sarah is asked to call the Rocky Mount Police Department at 252-972-1411.
