Rocky Mount fire captain charged with indecent exposure in Garner parking lot

— The Rocky Mount fire captain was arrested and charged with indecent exposure Thursday night in the parking lot of the Target at 1040 Timber Drive East in Garner.

Anthony Ladd, 35, joined the Rocky Mount Fire Department in 2006.

    Because these professionals are supposed to be held by moral, law abiding citizens that the community can trust. That's pretty obvious.
