Rock 'n' Roll marathon brings crowds, street closures to Raleigh

— It is Rock 'n' Roll time in Raleigh this weekend, which brings a long list of road closures for the marathon and half marathon that will wind their way through downtown on Sunday morning.

Roads in a square bordered by McDowell, Hargett, Fayetteville and South streets will close as early as 3 a.m. Sunday. Most other roads will be closed by 6 a.m. and will reopen as runners pass.
