Robbins, N.C. — A 21-year-old Robbins man was arrested and charged with cyber stalking after he allegedly sent obscene photos to a teenage girl through social media.
Timothy Joel Vest, of 207 Renyolds Mill Road, is charged with felony disseminating obscenity and misdemeanor cyber stalking. He remained in the Moore County jail Wednesday under a $125,000 bond.
Vest, who deputies said threatened to hurt the victim if she did not have sex with him, was also charged with violating a court order that prohibited him from contacting a victim from a previous arrest. Three reports were filed against Vest in May for similar activity, and he was out on bond when he contacted the latest victim, deputies said.
