Wiseowl, you are correct that the gangs are migrating to Chapel Hill because the town isn't prepared for their level of cruelty. It's sad, but true.

says the person who can't spell the county they live in?

i know you're a LEO from other posts, and i respect your service. there was an element of jest to my post, but a lot of truth as well. chapel hill is not a sleepy small town anymore. gang bangers have figured out durham is cracking down and so they cruise the eight miles down the street to the little town with a ton of young rich students. we've had a murder and multiple armed robberies in the past month and i hardly ever see a CHPD officer anywhere. where are the patrols? are they reactionary or preventive?

WISEOWL-------since you're not competent in your comment, don't make one.

CHPD needs to step it up a bit. the years where you can sit around watching TV at the station all night are over.
