Reward offered in year-old Durham double homicide case

Police said Monday that Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to an arrest in a year-old double homicide in Durham.

DURHAM, N.C. — Police said Monday that Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to an arrest in a year-old double homicide in Durham.

Officers responded to a reported shooting at 1212 Dawkins St. on Jan. 8, 2012, and found Timothy Deangelo McGhee, 24, dead inside his house.

Paul Anthony Noel Jr., 22, of 700 Morreene Road, died later at Duke University Hospital.

Police said they don't know who fired shots into the house and are searching for leads in the case.
