Lumberton, N.C. — The federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives on Thursday announced a reward up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever set two Lumberton police cruisers on fire Wednesday.
A Lumberton officer on patrol found two unmarked police vehicles on fire in a police department parking lot, authorities said. The State Bureau of Investigation and the ATF determined the fires had been set.
