An 82.5! That's the score on a recent restaurant inspection. An 82.5 is a low B. A few weeks ago, we reported on a restaurant that scored a 78.5! How does a restaurant score that low, and still operate?
That's a question many of you have asked! You want to know what really goes into those scores we all see posted on restaurant walls, and that we report on every Friday.
