The Salisbury Police Department is searching for two missing children, 2-year-old Igh’Jhlan Silver and 3-year-old Prasjhas Reid. The victims are believed to be with Kevin Antonio Smith. Smith is believed to be in a Gray 2023 Nissan Altima with NC license tag number Khb1698.

The 46-year-old Cheney man who was kidnapped from a pot shop on Sunday has been found.

<b>YAKIMA COUNTY, WASH. -</b> — The 46-year-old Cheney man who was kidnapped from a pot shop on Sunday has been found.

The Yakima Herald-Republic reports that Cameron Smith was found, according to the Yakima County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies would not say if he was alive or dead, though multiple reports say he was found dead.

Donovan Culps, 36, one of two suspects believed ot be responsible was arrested Thursday in Goldendale.

A second suspect, his 18-year-old niece Violetta Culps, remains at large.
