Record NCIS episodes early Wednesday

Posted February 23, 2015

WRAL-TV will carry the game between North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on Tuesday evening. Tip time is 8 p.m.

The CBS programs scheduled for the 8 to 10 p.m. slot – "NCIS" and "NCIS: New Orleans" – will air overnight, beginning around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday so that fans can record those shows for later viewing.

Given the fluid nature of the game, those shows may not start precisely on time and could run long. Record from 1:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. to get both shows in their entirety.

"Person of Interest" will follow the basketball game on WRAL-TV. Should the game go past 10 p.m., "Person of Interest" will begin on WRAL2 and WRAL will join the program in progress.

No, not being of the sports gang religion I will just tune to channel 9 instead. There I may get regular programming and without the constant sports and school board worship. When it comes to any of the Raleigh stations a fully loaded 747 could crash on the state capitol and the lead off story would be Joe Helmet head stubbed his toe and to the horror of the worshippers will not appear in the next three exhibitions followed by the latest antics of the school board.
