I like to experiment with popsicle flavors in the summer. With so much fruit in season right now, it's so easy to make a healthy treat.

In fact, I've been known to let my girls eat homemade popsicles for breakfast, including these.

Watermelon Strawberry Popsicles
2 cups chopped watermelon
1 cup strawberries
1/2 tablespoon to 1 tablespoon honey (depending on how sweet you like them).

1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice (It's better with lime, but I seem to have lemons on hand more than limes).

Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and puree the mixture. Pour into popsicle molds. Let freeze for several hours until they are frozen, though, they're pretty good as a slushie, too.

This recipe would make about a dozen small popsicles.
