Recipe: Watermelon limeade
There's nothing like a giant slice of watermelon to make me happy that summer is here. Then I tried a recipe for watermelon limeade, which might just be my new favorite way to enjoy the juicy fruit.

I had a big bowl of watermelon left over from a neighborhood potluck the other week (because about four other people had the brilliant idea of bringing watermelon, too). It had been a huge melon, too much for my family of four to eat before it got a little too mushy. So I started searching for watermelon recipes.
I found a bunch of recipes for watermelon limeade, which included agave nectar and lime juice. I tried a recipe from Bon Appetit, making my usual changes or substitutions. It was delicious!
2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey (The recipe calls for 2 to 3 tablespoons, but I found that 2 tablespoons was enough)
Put all three ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. You can serve it over ice and with some slices of lime if you want to get really fancy.
