Jen Pinder and Kyle Furlow, Raleigh moms and owners of Boot Camp Moms, are helping us get fit over the next month. (Check the earlier post featuring the first of several fast and furious workouts).

They also shared this recipe for a dip that's perfect for fall football games and tailgates.

Take it away, Jen and Kyle!

Touchdown Dip

Touchdown dip came about because we wanted to have a great tasting dip while enjoying games (Kyle likes Duke and Jen likes UNC) without having all the guilt. Kyle and I can't agree on a team, but we can agree on this dip! We make this dip and it is a fan favorite every time!

Ingredients

3 8 oz blocks fat free cream cheese
1 lb lean turkey sausage
1 can Rotel mild diced tomatoes

Brown the turkey in skillet until no longer pink, drain after. Put cream cheese, turkey and Rotel in large pot and put on stove. Simmer on low and keep mixing until all the cream cheese is melted.

Put in your favorite team tailgating dish and serve with baked Tostitos. Enjoy!
