This cheesy, creamy buffalo chicken dip is an all star on game day. YMCA of Garner Director of Administrative Services Kim Woodard shares this from her play book!
1 block of reduced fat free cream cheese
2 large cans of chicken
Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce
Reduced fat ranch dressing
Reduced fat Monterey jack and cheddar cheese
Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Mix chicken with buffalo sauce (just cover the chicken with the sauce/eyeball it). Spread chicken mixture over cream cheese. Pour ranch dressing on top of chicken mixture to cover the chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips!
