Recipe: Santa snack crackers

Posted December 4, 2014

This is one of our all time favorite snacks at our house for holiday time. We often serve these at adult parties and I’m not sure who enjoys them more … lil’ chefs or adults.

Prepare a simple tray of these for your next holiday gathering and you’ll get a lot of smiles from your guests too!

They are super easy to make.

Santa Snack Crackers

1. Use scissors to cut a hat shape from a piece of pepperoni.
2. Attach to the cracker using a small amount of ricotta cheese.
3. Make a beard out of additional ricotta cheese.
4. Celery slices make a cute mustache and we use capers for the eyes and nose.
