If you're headed to a spring potluck or planning an Easter morning brunch, here's a very simple, but tasty morsel to pass. I've often had prosciutto wrapped around cantaloupe. I enjoyed this twist, which I tried at a gathering recently!
Prosciutto wrapped kiwi
Cut a kiwi lengthwise and slice in four to six pieces. Cut slices of prosciutto and twist them around the kiwi pieces. I found it easy to roll the flat prosciutto pieces and then wrap them around the fruit. Put them in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
