My girls and I mixed this up for an after school treat. We all loved it!
Pineapple Frozen Yogurt
1 1⁄2 overripe banana, sliced and frozen
2 cups fresh or unsweetened canned pineapple chunks, frozen
1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process it until smooth. Serve. We topped it with a little bit of coconut. So yummy!
