My older daughter had EOGs this week. So, to brighten the mood, I made this super easy (and healthy) sauce, which is delicious on ice cream (OK ... well, the mango part is healthy!).
Seriously - it does not get any easier than this! It's also a perfect way to get rid of mangoes that have gotten a little too ripe.
Mango Lime Sauce
1 to 1.5 tablespoons lime juice
Agave nectar, to taste
Peel and chop the mango. Add it, the lime juice and agave nectar to a blender. Puree! It's great on ice cream, pancakes, waffles, yogurt and I'm sure many other things that I haven't tried!
