MORRISVILLE, N.C. — Raleigh Durham International Airport on Tuesday announced new programs aimed at improving customer service.
The airport has a new customer loyalty program that will allow travelers to link their current miles-reward credit cards to its "Thanks Again" program, allowing travelers to earn one mile or point for spending on parking, shopping and food at the airport.

"Participation is free, easy and secure," said Jane Martin, with RDU's customer relations. Passengers can register their credit card online at ThanksAgain.com/RDU.

RDU also announced what it calls "White Glove Service" to help airline passengers with baggage. It will be available during peak travel hours throughout the holiday season.

Volunteers and additional staff will also be in the terminals to answer questions and give directions.
