Posted June 20

— Three people are facing numerous drug charges including possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and sale of dangerous narcotics following the execution of a search warrant at a Conyers home.

Investigators with the Rockdale County Sheriff's Narcotics and Vice Unit ended a month-long investigation into drug activity by executing a search warrant at a residence on Miller Bottom Road in northwest Rockdale County on June 15. Allegedly found in the home were approximately 2 pounds of marijuana, 5 pounds of THC edibles, THC oil, cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, multiple types of dangerous drugs, an oil heat press, an AR-22 rifle, a pistol-gripped shotgun, and approximately $1,000 cash.

Arrested at the location were Jake Allan Grant, 26, of Loganville, Emelio Greg Leach, 22, of Conyers, and Aleah Hill, 23, of Conyers.

Grant is facing charges of possession with intent to sell narcotics, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of Schedule I or II narcotics, and possession of drug-related objects.

Leach is charged with two counts of sale of dangerous narcotics, three counts of possession of Schedule I or II narcotics, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of drug-related objects.

Hill is facing charges of sale of dangerous narcotics and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

More charges may be pending as the investigation continues.

Sheriff Eric Levett praised the work of his deputies and investigators.

"Once again the deputies, and in this case the investigators with our vice and narcotics unit, did an outstanding job," Levett said. "This apprehension, drug bust and seizure is just another step in aggressively attacking the criminal element. As I have stated before, criminals are not welcome in Rockdale. I am a crime-fighter, and you will be caught."
