Monday
Some of the top comedians in Wilmington head to Tir na nOg for the Port City Comedy Tour. The show starts at 8:30 p.m. and tickets are $8.
Tuesday
Raleigh is the place to be for music tonight. Soulful singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles plays Red Hat and punk rockers Fall Out Boy perform at Walnut Creek. Tickets for both shows start at under $30.
Wednesday
The Funniest Person in North Carolina will be crowned this evening at Goodnight's Comedy Club. Tickets start at $15.
More great shows tonight: Dave Matthews Band at Walnut Creek and Beck at Red Hat Amphitheater.
Thursday
City Kitchen continues its weekly music series with Morning Brigade. Music starts at 6:30 p.m.
Friday
Get the most out of downtown Raleigh with The Raleigh MIX. With a wristband from any of the dozen participating restaurants, bars and clubs, you can enjoy live music, drink specials and no cover all night.
Grammy Award-winning band Rascal Flatts comes to Walnut Creek. Tickets start at $29.
