Raleigh Walmart evacuated due to gas leak

— Raleigh firefighters responded to the report of a gas odor at the Walmart at 1725 New Hope Church Road Tuesday morning. They found a gas leak inside the store and asked customers and employees to leave.

No injuries or illnesses were reported.The store reopened by 3 p.m.

    This is the second time in a year (i think a year) that this store has had this issue.

    Wasn't "laughing" about the incident. I'm not that cruel. It was reported that no one was injured so I was laughing at the headline. A play on words.

    blackdeimond8 - What is so funny about this story. Gas leaks can be serious. I would hope you would not be "laughing out loud" if it had blown up. Show some respect for the people who were in there.
