Raleigh shootings sends man to hospital

A man was shot multiple times early Monday in Raleigh, police said.

The shooting happened in the 600 block of Davy Lane shortly after 2 a.m., according to Raleigh police.

The man, who was not immediately identified, was conscious and alert when he was taken to WakeMed. He was shot at least four times.

Police had an incomplete description of a possible suspect.

    Sadly, as Raleigh continues to grow so will it's crime. As more people are attracted here for jobs and a safe place to live, evil criminals will migrate as well to terrorize the people. All we can do is arm ourselves and take the fight back to them. Hope the guy makes it through alright.
