Starting Nov. 5, the Raleigh Public Works Department will close Harvey Street between Holt and Cowper drives near Glenwood Avenue in the Five Points area.
The street will be closed for four to six weeks.
Crews will be installing extensive culvert upgrades and making improvements to water and sewer lines.
Traffic will be detoured onto Caswell and Jarvis streets.
