Raleigh police are seeking public assistance in locating a man who allegedly broke another man’s jaw at a Raleigh convenience store earlier this month.

— Raleigh police are seeking public assistance in locating a man who allegedly broke another man’s jaw at a Raleigh convenience store earlier this month.

Authorities said that the two men exchanged hand gestures while driving separate vehicles on the morning of May 17. Shortly after, the men arrived at a convenience store in the 1700 block of Lake Wheeler Road and a verbal dispute ensued.

The man then struck the victim and broke his jaw before fleeing the scene, police said.
