— Police are trying to identify three individuals suspected of fraud.

At 4815 Six Forks Road on Jan. 7 between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m., someone smashed a car window and stole a purse, according to Raleigh Police Department spokesman Jim Sughrue. The purse contained financial cards.

Within 45 minutes, three suspects used the victim’s cards to make purchases at a store, Sughrue said.

Anyone who believes they might know the identity of any of the suspects is asked to call the Raleigh Police Department’s Detective Division at 919-996-3555.

It is interesting that every story about a crime in southeast Raleigh has a "map" link, but this one doesn't...

Why? Because it is a few blocks away from North Hills, and that would ruin the "downtown is dangerous, North Hills is safe" propaganda the media continues to spread in exchange for ad buys.

Why If the suspects used the cards in 45 minutes, it was likely either the shopping center at Millbrook and Six Forks or North Hills itself.
