Raleigh Police Seek Armed Robbery Suspect

— Raleigh police were seeking to identify and locate a man who committed an armed robbery at a convenience store on Jan. 17.

The man approached the clerk at the Community Mart, 210 E. Bragg St., as though he were about to make a purchase, police said.

Instead, the man pulled out a handgun and robbed the store. He fled the scene on foot.

The suspect stands about 6 feet tall and had a dark complexion. He wore a white, hooded sweatshirt.

Anyone with information that might assist the investigation was asked to call the Raleigh Police Department Detective Division at 919-890-3555 or Crime Stoppers at 919-226-CRIME.

    He's be caught and out on bond in 30 days, he will probably continue to rob and when they catch him again, the news will say he was out on bond awaiting trial for an armed robbery. Does the bond industry or business have some secret method to get the legal system to keep on letting these people back on the streets, every time lately on this WRAL news feature, it says the same thing, they were out on bond, should keep the laywers and legal people working overtime just to keep current, but the taxpayers are paying the bill.
