Raleigh police seek alleged bank robber with UNC backpack

— Raleigh police released two surveillance images Monday they say show a man who robbed the State Employees Credit Union, at 2802 Hillsborough St.

Police were called to the bank just before noon.

The images show a man who is black, wearing a backward baseball cap, dark shorts and a white long-sleeve shirt with dark sleeves. Witnesses said he was about 5 feet 10 inches tall.

Police said the man passed a note to a teller, who gave him money, before he left the bank on foot.

    What is the problem with the banks having the worst surveillance cameras possible? My first cell phone camera 17 years ago took clearer pictures than that! Shouldn't upgrading their systems be a priority? Geesshh!
