— Raleigh police arrested Andrew Ryan Grainger, 31, on Wednesday and charged him with assault for the beating of an acquaintance.

Police found the victim, a 52-year-old man, at a Raleigh apartment complex just after 6 a.m.

Originally, it was reported that he had been shot, but it was later determined that the man suffered a beating, said Raleigh police spokesman Jim Sughrue.

Police did not release the name of the victim because they had not yet notified his family. He was listed in serious condition at WakeMed.

Grainger was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill causing serious injury.

Isn't listed as Section 8 subsidized housing under the RHA but tenants are trying to live up to those standards. Maybe if the Rev. William "Wide Body" Barber can quit playing kindergarten at the school board meetings he could help his people love each other and stop blaming the "man" on their situation.

I guess this could go for all people since the gentleman who committed this crime is "white".
