Raleigh police: Two shot outside Glenwood Avenue restaurant

— Two men were shot early Saturday outside Thaiphoon Bistro, a restaurant in the 300 block of Glenwood Avenue.

Officers responded to the area at about 3:15 a.m. Investigators said Hasson Ameer Harris, 36, was shot in the leg and 24-year-old Emiliano Juaquan Dunton was shot in the neck. Both men were taken to WakeMed.

Police arrested Keyon Osha Evans, 24,  in connection with the shooting. He was charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and was being held under a $1 million secured bond.

The suspect and both of the victims are from Oxford, police said.

The manager of Thaiphoon Bistro told WRAL that the restaurant had a comedy night Friday, but he said he did not see anything outside the establishment prior to the shooting.
